Return and Refund Eligibility and Timeline
Customers may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving their order if they are unsatisfied or if the item is defective or damaged. For damaged or defective items, see section below. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good, working condition and fully functional. All original packaging, components, accessories, and manuals must be included, and the product must be in resellable condition. Consumable items that have been used are not eligible for return.
To begin the return process, you must initiate your request within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method and accompanied by a receipt or an order confirmation email that includes the order number. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Return Process Requirements for All Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us through our support email or via the “Contact Us” page. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form must be fully completed and clearly attached to the outside of your return package. Returns submitted without RMA authorization or without the RMA form attached will be denied. Failure to follow this procedure, whether intentional or due to lack of awareness, will not be considered a valid reason for an unauthorized return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at support@simplysave.com and include a description of the issue along with clear photographs of the damage or defect.
Return Shipping Label and Timeline
Once your return request is approved, SimplySave will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. This label is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. You must ship the item within this timeframe using the trackable label provided. If the item is not scanned as “in transit” within the 10-day period, the return may be declined.
Data Protection for Electronic Devices
If you are returning a personal electronic device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, it is your responsibility to remove all personal data before returning the product. This includes removing any SIM cards, performing a full factory reset, and removing any active account locks (such as iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts). SimplySave is not liable for any data left on returned devices. Items that contain personal data or are still locked may be rejected or subject to only a partial refund.

Prepaid return labels are only provided for returns approved within the 14-day window. Returns sent without prior authorization or those shipped outside the eligibility window will be refused. Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval through our official channels.
Inspection and Return Disputes
All returned items are photographed and thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If we determine that the item has been damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value. Customers may dispute return decisions within seven calendar days of receiving the refund notification. If you wish to dispute a return outcome, contact us promptly and provide all necessary supporting documentation. SimplySave reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where fraud or policy abuse is suspected.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are waived under certain conditions. You will not be charged a restocking fee if the returned item is defective, if it is unopened in its original packaging, or if the return is complete with all original parts and materials. However, a 15% restocking fee applies to opened, non-defective items returned in acceptable condition. This fee, along with any deductions, will be communicated during the RMA approval process. Restocking fees are never charged on defective or misrepresented products.
Final Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected. If it meets all return conditions, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Please note that shipping charges—both original and return—are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item. Incomplete, damaged, or late returns may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Gift Returns
Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange within the 14-day return window. All standard return conditions must be met for gift returns to be accepted.
